1. Shipping Rates & Promotional Tiers

To keep shipping fair and transparent, our delivery rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the destination and the physical weight of your items:

Complimentary Royal Shipping: We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all artisan jewelry, selected premium collections (such as our High-Landscape Baby Stroller ), and designated worldwide lifestyle products. Look for the "Free Shipping" tag on these items!

Standard & Heavy Cargo Shipping: For our traditional stoneware, coffee sets, and heavy grocery bulk items, shipping is calculated dynamically by weight at checkout to cover secure, fragile-care packaging.

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Belgian/German public holidays).

Once processed, estimated transit times vary depending on where that specific item is dispatched from:

Items Shipped from our European Warehouse (e.g., Ceramic Sets, Heavy Goods):

      Germany: 1–3 business days.

      Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 2–5 business days.

      Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days.

Items Shipped from our International Artisan Hubs (e.g., Free Shipping Accessories):

      Europe-wide: 7–14 business days.

3. Delivery Estimates

Germany: 2-5 business days.

The Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg: 3-5 business days.

Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

The moment a package leaves any of our fulfilment centres, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your dedicated tracking link. Tracking information typically activates within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For items dispatched from our international artisan hubs, Royal Gebeya is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local tariffs applied upon entry into your country. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Broken-Glass & Damage Protection

We take immense pride in how carefully our fragile heritage products are packed. However, if the courier mishandles your package and an item arrives damaged, we are here to protect you.

Simply email us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@Royalgebeya.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and the exterior box. Please retain all packaging materials while we process an immediate solution or replacement for you.
