We strive to bring a piece of Ethiopian heritage to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship our premium caltural products and artisan jewellery.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard Shipping (Belgium): Rates calculated at checkout.

EU Wide Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout.

The Royal Perk: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €79.99.

2. Processing Times All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially for our handcrafted jewelry), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.

3. Delivery Estimates

Belgium: 2-4 business days.

The Netherlands & Luxembourg: 3-5 business days.

Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Royal Gebeya is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify us at Royalgebeya@gmail.com immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
