Royal Gebeya | Return & Refund Policy

At Royal Gebeya, we take immense pride in the quality of our curated collections. If your order isn't quite right, we are committed to making it right under standard European consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day your package was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original, unopened packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization regulations:

Perishable Goods: Food, beverages, coffee beans, or other perishable products where the original vacuum seal or protective packaging has been opened after delivery.

Custom & Personalized Items: Artisan jewelry, custom-made pieces, or products altered specifically at your request.

Personal Care & Hygiene Items: Opened goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

(Please note: Standard items purchased during promotional sales are fully eligible for our 14-day return window in compliance with EU laws).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first at Royalgebeya@gmail.com.

Approval: If your return request is accepted, we will send you the exact return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, all return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at Royalgebeya@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem right away and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Refunds & Processing Times

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and inform you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
